How to cancel
You can cancel your VidScriptly subscription anytime from your account settings. There is no phone call, no email required, and no confirmation loop.
What happens after cancelling
- During the 3-day free Shorts trial: your account closes immediately and you are not charged.
- On a paid subscription: you keep full access until the end of your current paid period. At that point the subscription ends and no further charge is made.
Your data after cancelling
Your transcript history stays in your account for 30 days in case you decide to come back. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted. You can also delete your account and all transcripts at any time from settings — that action is immediate.
Reactivating
Sign in again anytime and re-subscribe with one click. If it has been more than 30 days you'll start with a fresh account.
